My family and I had the pleasure of lodging here at the Monterey Bay Lodge. After driving a very long way, we had no desire to get back in the car for dinner and did not want take out. We then noticed Marlyn's American Grill and opted to have dinner there (it's right next door!) Well, that was the best decision. The food is exceptional, great atmosphere and a warm friendly staff. We highly recommend Marlyn's American Grill and the Monterey Bay Lodge.

  Ate breakfast with our grandchild (8 years old) and the staff went out of their way to please her and also very pleasant to us about decaf coffee and specific changes to food items for breakfast. wide range of choices for breakfast. We had eaten at Marlyns over 5 years ago under another name; better than before in our eyes.
